1. Information We Collect
We collect the following types of information when you use the app:
a. Personal Information

- Business details (company name, dealer info, etc.)
- Profile details created within the app
b. Location Data
We collect precise GPS location (only with your permission) and only for work-related features within the app. Location data is used to :
- Tag leads and site visits accurately
- Help management monitor field activity
- Improve route planning and service delivery
- Record user check-ins and site visits
- Enable automatic check-out and accurate working hour tracking
- Verify field activity during assigned working hours
- Background location data is collected only after a user manually checks in for work. Background location access is strictly limited to active working sessions and is automatically stopped when the user checks out or when working hours end.
Location data is not collected outside working hours or when the user is not checked in.
c. Camera Access
We use the camera (with permission) to:
- Capture images of construction sites, documents, and related materials
- Enhance lead and site data accuracy
Images are only used within the app and not shared externally unless required for functionality.
d. Device Information & Log Data
We may collect:
- Device model, OS version, app version
- Log files, crash reports, usage data
This is used to improve app performance and troubleshoot issues.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information collected to:
- Provide and improve core app features
- Manage CRM and dealer operations
- Track and manage leads, clients, and site visits and working hours
- Communicate with users for support or updates
- Perform automatic check-out for checked-in users during active work sessions
- Generate analytics and insights for operational decision-making

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Authorized team members or management within your organization
- Third-party service providers (e.g., analytics, cloud storage) strictly to support app functionality
- Law enforcement or regulatory bodies if required by law

- Please note that disabling location or background location access may limit features such as check-in, automatic check-out, and working hour tracking.
